RUFC- Harrison Pens New Deal

Since joining the Millers in 2007 Harrison has gone on to make well over 100 appearances for the club the last of which was the heartbreaking defeat at wembley in the play-off final last month.

A delighted Harrison told the clubs official website, 'I've signed for another two years and I'm very pleased,' he said.'My last game was the defeat at Wembley so I'm determined to get out of this league next season.Rotherham have had a lot of ups and downs since I've been here but it feels like it might all come together for us next season.'

'The manager was very complimentary and said I'd done well for him this season,' he added.

'He thought the team missed me when I missed games through suspension and that he wanted to keep me.I'm really pleased that what I've done this season has earned me another two years here. The gaffer didn't really play me at Tranmere so I felt I had a point to prove and I'm glad I've done that.'

All at Vital Rotherham, wish Danny every success during the next two years with us.
