RUFC - Tonge to start tomorrow?

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore has got a boost ahead of tomorrow's last pre-season friendly with Tamworth.

Dale Tonge, who wasn't expected back before September, could have a place in the starting eleven tomorrow.

Speaking to the Official Site, Moore said, 'There's a good chance Dale will start the game.

'He trained with us yesterday and did some important physical work while he was unable to run. So, all he needs now is games.

'We will book him in for the first forty-five minutes but if he can do sixty then that's all the better.'

'Tom Elliott has made good progress from the injury that has kept him out of the last two games so he will be involved as well.

'Lawsy (Nicky Law)has been struggling with a groin strain and Nick Fenton came off against Alfreton with a calf problem but I think they will both we OK for tomorrow.'
