'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Moore pre Lincoln

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore says Lincoln City, the side who travel to Don Valley tomorrow afternoon, are a lot better side than they were last season.

Speaking to MillersPlayer, Moore said, 'They`ve got six or seven new players in there and have loads of pace out wide which will cause us one or two problems.

'Obviously, Drewe (Broughton) is coming back with them and he will be looking forward to getting himself a goal and it`s up to us to make sure that doesn`t happen. He`ll go through one or two, he`ll head one or two, he`ll elbow one or two so it depends on how our centre-backs deal with him.`

Asked if the disappointment of losing at Wembley has been talked about, Moore said, 'Since we`ve been back I think I`m the only one who has mentioned Wembley and that was to Dibbs (Andy Dibble). I`ve not heard anyone else talk about it which is good because it shows that it`s happened and there`s nothing we can do about it now.
And, I`m not using Wembley as any excuse. It`s gone, it`s done, it`s finished, it`s history. It`s something you`ll never forget but a lot of the lads who were here last year aren`t here anymore. What we have to make sure now is that we go out there and do it the right way and that way is to finish in the top three.`
