RUFC - Rovers ' No Bid for Thomas-Moore'

Rotherham United have not put in a bid for Ian Thomas-Moore according to Tranmere Rovers Manager, Les Parry

Speaking to Radio Mersyside the Rovers manager, said, 'I can assure you that there has been no bid for Ian from Rotherham. Last Saturday I spoke to Ronnie Moore about another player and his only words were 'are you keeping hold of Ian` and I said, 'Yes` and that was the end of the conversation.`

Thomas-Moore has asked for an extension to his contract and when Tranmere said 'no` he handed in a transfer request.

Parry said, 'He asked for another year on his contract and we had a discussion about it and we asked him to leave it until Christmas. He then told us that he had had an offer from another club with an increased salary plus a two-year contract. But we do not know who that other club is.

'I don`t want to let him go and I certainly won`t let him go for nothing.`
