RUFC - Marcus's weighty problem!

Rotherham United`s make shift striker, Marcus Marshall thinks, if he`s going to play up front on a more regular basis that he might need to put on a bit of weight!

Speaking to The Advertiser after scoring his debut goal for the Millers on Tuesday night at Peterborough in the Carling Cup loss, the former Blackburn Rovers player said, 'I score a few goals in training but I wondered when it was going to finally happen for me in a game. Now it has happened, I hope they flood in!`

Normally a winger, which the twenty-year old says is his preferred position, Marcus said, 'I don`t mind playing up front. It`s more physical and I probably need to put on a bit of weight but I`ll do my best.

'It`s all about confidence and I feel a lot better now than I did after, say, the pre-season friendly at Alfreton.`
