RUFC - For Law the Only Place is Up

Rotherham United midfielder, Nicky Law thinks the Millers should have won the game at Morecambe last Saturday.

Speaking to MillersPlayer, the twenty-two year old former Blade said, 'We had enough chances, especially in the second half when we played better, to win two games.

'I think the play in the first half was a bit too slow and the tempo was down and, I think, in the second half, we upped the tempo.`

Speaking about the team this season, Nicky said that it`s a completely different side to what started last season, 'It`s a completely new back four and I think, up to now, we`re doing well. To say the defence are new I think they`ve been really solid together and I think the fans will be quite impressed with the new look side.

'From day one, the lads who were already here have welcomed in the new lads, who are mostly young, which usually makes it easier for them to settle.`

Nicky was asked about the 'bid` that Crawley Town made for him, which the club have denied happened and said, 'Higher is the only place I would want to go and I`d like to do that with Rotherham United and hope we can go one better than last season.

'I really enjoy it at Rotherham and am delighted to be here.`
