RUFC - Moore on the injuries

RUFC - Moore on the injuries

Rotherham United have had a lot of pre-season injuries and Manager, Ronnie Moore spoke about them to MillersPlayer.

'Exodus Geohaghon picked up a knock against Morecambe but is fine.

'John Mullin is back in training and is looking nice and bright and sharp. He`ll have a game early next week in our reserves and hopefully take it on from there.

'Nick Fenton has had a scan and he`s got a slight tear in his calf. It will take about seven days to repair so he`ll be doing no running type exercises but will keep himself ticking over by doing upper body work. Then, in a weeks time he should be ready to train.

'On the two lads up front, Tom Pope is back training and kicking balls and both he and Ryan (Taylor) have x-rays next Thursday and, if they both get the all clear, then they could both be in and around the squad in two weeks time.`
