RUFC - Moore on transfer deadline

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore was asked by MillersPlayer if there was likely to be any transfer business before the deadline today.

'Not really,` Moore said. 'Not unless Tranmere change their tune quickly but I don`t see that happening. I think thirty grand is fair enough (for Ian Thomas-Moore) and I think they are being greedy really. But, you never know, they might have a change of heart and if they do it`s a deal we`d like to get done.`

'The window opens again for us in a week for emergency loans and I think that will be the route we go down.`

Meanwhile the club have confirmed today that the paperwork for Dean Holden`s loan extension has now come through from Shrewsbury and he will now stay for another month - although he obviously won`t be able to play next weekend against Shrewsbury.
