RUFC - Alfie wants to help get Millers promoted
Rotherham United striker, Adam Le Fondre said he was happy to get another goal against Lincoln on Tuesday night.
Speaking to MillersPlayer, Alfie said, 'The first half was slow but we managed to up the tempo in the second half and create a few more chances.`
Asked how he felt on transfer deadline day, the former Rochdale player said, 'I was just focusing on the game to be honest. I`ve always been fully focussed on my football and I`m going to keep scoring goals and see what happens from there. Obviously I want to play higher and the club have to got to match that and get promoted this season.
'At the moment I`m looking to score as many as I can and help take the club as far as I can.`
