RUFC - Ronnie and Alfie to talk
Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore is to open talks with striker Adam Le Fondre today.
After dismissing a bid from Plymouth Argyle for the Millers` top scorer last season as 'a joke` Moore told David Beddows of The Advertiser, 'I will speak to Alfie today to see what his feelings are but obviously we have a limit to where we can go.`
Before the transfer deadline ended, Alfie`s agent, Jesse Learoyd-Hill had said that if Alfie stayed then he would be wanting a new deal even thought the twenty-three year old has eighteen months left on his contract.
Let`s hope there`s no messing about and it`s soon sorted.
