RUFC - Duo to have talks over contracts

Rotherham United are set to open talks with both Adam Le Fondre and Ryan Taylor over extensions to their current contracts.

Chairman, Tony Stewart told The Advertiser that both have asked for extensions. 'Ryan wants a longer deal and so do we. While the situation with Alfie is cool and once we get to a situation where both parties are satisfied then you will all know about it.`

Twenty-two year old Ryan, whose current contract is up in the summer, was twice given extensions to his contract under Mark Robins while Alfie still has eighteen months plus on his current contract but made it clear, near the end of transfer deadline day, that if he stayed he would be seeking a better deal.
