'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - View from the Opposition Manager

Rotherham United were 'lucky` to beat Barnet yesterday, Manager, Ronnie Moore said and it seems Barnet boss, Mark Stimson agrees with that statement.

Speaking to BBC London after the four-one loss to the Millers, Bees boss Stimson said, 'If you`d told me just before they scored their first that we`d lose four-one, I`d never have believed you.

'Up to sixty-five minutes there was only one team who were going to win that game. We created some fantastic opportunities although some decisions in front of goal might not have been the best and there was an outstanding save by the goalkeeper and we hit the crossbar. But, again, we`ve created chances and didn`t take them.

'When they brought the boy Pope on that made the difference because you can see he is a very good football player.

'Up until the goal I thought we were the team who was going to go on and win the game against a good Rotherham side who only got beat in the play-off final last season. We are very disappointed and upset because we don`t like to lose at home especially by that result.`
