RUFC - Alf to be rested?

RUFC - Alf to be rested?

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore is thinking of resting top scorer, Adam Le Fondre for tonight`s Johnstone Paint Trophy clash at Burton.

'Alf wants to play all the time,` Moore told Les Payne of The Star. 'But, sometimes you need to look at the bigger picture.

'We`ve got other strikers who are in need of a game and could benefit from an appearance.

'Tom Pope pulled out of the Bury game but if he`s OK then he needs a game. Ryan Taylor is coming back after injury and it would be ideal to give him some time.

'Tom Elliott has declared himself fit again and he could do with some minutes under his belt.

'It`s also ideal for Nick Fenton and Mark Bradley, who got their first starts for us on Saturday, to be involved again.`

Well, this is a bit of a contrast to what Ronnie told MillersPlayer during training yesterday when he said 'there won`t be many changes` and saying that they had to get Ryan Taylor 'physically fit` before he played in games.

So, what will the team for tonight be?
I have no idea - have you?
