RUFC - Fenners injured

Rotherham United have suffered a blow after finding out they could be without defender and stand-in captain, Nick Fenton for a while, just a couple of weeks after his return.

The thirty year old damaged his calf during pre-season, which kept him out for five weeks and on Saturday he limped off again during the draw with Stevenage at Don Valley, again with a calf injury.

'It`s not the calf he injured in pre-season,` Millers Manager, Ronnie MooreLes Payne of The Star. 'He felt something pop so it`s not sounding too good.`

Fenton came in for the game at Bury, when Ryan Cresswell was away on compassionate leave, and, although Cresswell has trained this week, Moore didn`t think he was quite ready to play on Saturday.

The Reserves play Derby Reserves tomorrow evening at Don Valley and it is thought that Moore will be playing some of the first team squad.
