RUFC - Don Valley Pitch looking OK

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore says the pitch at Don Valley is looking good - so hopefully there will be no talk of a postponement this evening against Huddersfield Town in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy game.

Speaking to MillersPlayer after two days of torrential rain in and around Rotherham and Sheffield, Moore said, 'It's looking good but we haven't been allowed to train on it. But the pitch holds the rain quite well and it was the frost last year that killed us. Once the groundsmen get on it and get the fork in it to get it working it is a firm pitch.'
