RUFC - Coid can't play in replay

Rotherham United have said today that Danny Coid, who has just joined on loan from Premiership Blackpool, won`t be able to play on Wednesday in the FA Cup replay against York City.

'The club (Blackpool) have said he can play,` Manager, Ronnie Moore told Radio Sheffield after the defender played his first ninety minutes for the club in this afternoons win over Oxford United, 'but, unfortunately, because he wasn`t here for the first round then he can`t play on Wednesday. So that gives us a bit of a headache really on who is going to play there.`

'He can play at Darlington if we get through.`

Seems strange but after some thought I suppose that it is the only fair way to go. He will enjoy the chance to play in the next round though so shouldn't be a problem.
