'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - View from the Opposition - Oxford

Rotherham United beat Oxford United on Saturday which was their first win at Don Valley since the end of September in what Millers Manager Ronnie Moore said was 'a good positive performance.`

Oxford Manager, and former Miller, Chris Wilder, was frustrated after seeing his side lose two-one saying that he thought they 'killed themselves with ten minutes in the first half.`

Speaking to Yellow Player, Wilder said, 'I thought we were controlling the game until their two goals went in but then it`s an uphill battle.

'I can`t really fault the player`s attitude and commitment because we huffed and puffed in the second half to try and get back into the game. And, I think we did some decent things and there were some good aspects to the game against a team who are tipped to go up.

'We are on a losing run and we have to make sure dust ourselves down, turn that around and keep believing because I think we are a decent side.`

What do you think? Until Alfie`s first goal, were Oxford in control of the game?
