'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - View from the Opposition - Crewe

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore said his side`s performance at Crewe yesterday was 'fantastic`. The Millers bossed the game from the first minute and the reason the score line wasn`t a lot more than one-nil was only due to some poor finishing and good saves from the Railwaymen`s 'keeper.

Crewe Manager, Dario Gradi told Radio Stoke that he didn`t think his side were over poor but on the other hand weren`t good either.

'We made a poor start and conceded, again, from a corner. Then for the next twenty minutes Rotherham bossed the game then we had some great chances, though we found it hard to create good chances against a good side today.

'With a bit of luck we might have got a point and would have been pleased with that.`

Sounds like a back handed way of saying that you started well and that they couldn't do anything about it. Good win by all accounts.
