RUFC - Moore 'be lucky to hold on to Marshall'

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore told MillersPlayer that winger, Marcus Marshall is doing 'fantastic.`

'He`s got tremendous ability,` Moore said, 'though he is frustrating at times.

'He`s doing a lot of work on the training ground and he`s staying back after the other lads` have finished and he`s delivering balls and really the only thing he`s got to do is get his head up a bit more.

'He goes by people for fun and he`s got a trick and he`s quick and if he can just get this final part of the jigsaw, which is the easy part really, of getting your head up and picking someone out in the box or get your head up and put it in the danger area, then there`s going to be a lot of interest in him. He`s learnt the defensive part of the game as well, which for wingers isn`t very good normally, but he`s a big lad and he can head it and we are very, very pleased with the way he`s coming on. I think, in six months time, if we can get him to the finished article, then we are going to find it very difficult to keep hold of him.

'I think he`s more than capable of playing at the very top.`
