'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Moore 'Marshall is a pleasure to watch'

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore couldn't really find much to praise after this evening's performance against Northampton Town but he says he does find winger, Marcus Marshall a pleasure to watch.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield after the two-two draw, Moore said, 'Marcus Marshall was the one shining light really. He was a constant threat and he's done so much damage to them and taken them on and he's a pleasure to watch. If the final ball had been right tonight then we'd probably have won the game. It was a great finish for his goal. But we need other players to get on the end of things in the box.

'It was nice to see Ryan(Taylor) get a goal. That will do his confidence a lot of good.

'I don't think you can fault Jamie Annerson today, he's done nothing wrong. He played well on Saturday and made some saves at the right time. I don't think you can fault him for the goals, maybe for having two in the wall when he didn't really need them but you can't fault him, he's done OK.'

Asking after Kevin Ellison who was replaced at half-time, Moore said, 'He's got a bug and he was in a right mess so we had to change things there. He's got to stay away from the camp for a few days because it's a bug that's going round.'
