RUFC - Hursty and Scott to ask Ronnie's advice

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore will be asked for advice from former Millers` players, and now joint managers, Paul Hurst and Rob Scott, after their Boston United side were drawn against York City in the FA Trophy.

The Millers recently drew and then dramatically lost to non-league York in the first round of the FA Cup and Hurst and Scott are hoping Moore can give them some ideas ahead of their game with the Minstermen.

Speaking to This is Lincolnshire, Hursty said, 'It`s handy that York recently played Rotherham and we`ve already got the DVD of the game and we`ll also have a chat with Ronnie Moore about them.`

The Pilgrims, who are currently third in the Blue Square Bet North league, beat Gainsborough Trinity 2-1 in the third round qualifier at York Street on Saturday to get play York and Hursty said, 'They are a Conference side and it will be a challenge for us to see how far we are from competing at that sort of level.`

I do wonder if they'd be better asking us fans ....
