Rotherham United have made another loan signing ahead of the deadline today.
Joining Will Atkinson from Hull City is Paul Downing a defender from West Bromwich Albion.
Nineteen year old Paul has been captaining the Baggies Reserves. He also had a loan spell with Hereford last season
