RUFC - Moore pleased to get Will

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore told MillersPlayer that his latest loan signing, Will Atkinson can only benefit the side and he is grateful to Hull City for letting him come.

'He's got bags of pace,' Moore said, 'and he likes to take people on and get balls in the box. He played sixteen or seventeen games for Rochdale last year and did ever so well there.

'We've searched high and low for a winger and I think it's fantastic that Hull City have let him out because they've got a lot of good players there. We actually asked about him six or seven weeks ago but he's had a little injury and he's just come back from that. He'll be someone who can excite the crowd for us and they will appreciate that he's a fine player.

'I've brought him here to put pressure on Kevin Ellison and Stephen Brogan but he has got pace, he is direct and he can play on the other wing as well

'He's well thought of at Hull and he's coming here for a month and then he's going to sign a new contract with Hull when he goes back there.'
