'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Moore's Team News

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore says everyone is fine ahead of the game at Don Valley tomorrow afternoon.

Speaking to MillersPlayer Moore said, 'Apart from Danny Coid, who's got a little hamstring problem, though we think he'll be alright, everyone wants to play. It's great for me because it's the first time I've had a full hand to pick from and the only headache I've got is who to put on the subs bench now that everyone is fit.

'We've got two loan players in, one will probably play and the other one won't. Downing is really here for cover for Cresswell and Fenton with them having little problems, so he might not figure in the game and might not even be on the bench. West Brom know all about that and it's fantastic for them to allow the lad to come in.

'On the other hand, Atkinson has come here to play and I'm looking at him to light the blue torch paper really and get us going, to get playing to a tempo and to get the crowd up at home because that's where we have to make it a fortress. We've drawn too many games there and we've got to play at a higher tempo. We've got multi-balls and we have to throw them in, don't wait and from free kicks don't wait for the big men to get in, keep the ball moving and get them on the back foot.'

Talking about Ryan Cresswell's recent back problem, Moore said, 'It's a problem we've got to monitor. It's just a muscle that for some reason goes into spasm and it's all to do with his hips. He's got this guy trying to sort him out and he's given him exercisers to do and he looks fine now. He's trained well and not had a problem so we're hopeful that that's the end of that.'
