RUFC - Mullins says team are confident

Rotherham United defender, Johnny Mullins said that the team are confident ahead of the game away at Torquay on Saturday.

Speaking to the Official Site, the twenty-five year old said, 'We are very good away from home and we've got good players like Marcus Marshall, Adam Le Fondre and Will Atkinson who have pace and can catch people on the break and we are confident that we can go there and get three points.'

Because of recent injuries, the former Stockport player has been playing at centre-half and said, 'I haven't really set the world alight at right-back since I came here and have played better at centre-half, but I can play both positions and if the manager is happy I will play anywhere. And, it gives you an advantage, playing in a number of positions, because it gives you more chance of being picked.'

Saying that he thought the win over Aldershot was a team effort, Mullins carried on, 'The most positive point from a defensive point of view was the clean sheet.'
