RUFC - Latest Injury news

Rotherham United physio, Denis Circuit ran through the recent injuries with MillersPlayer, that have befallen the club.

Ryan Cresswell has had a plate inserted and he has a lot less pain than he had and hopefully he can start some rehabilitation work in a couple of weeks and once he starts that then he will be feeling mentally better. The good thing is that the bones were put back together OK and it should be a good union. But, at the moment, everything is going to plan with the surgeon saying it will be eight to ten weeks before he is back playing but I think we will know more definitely a week on Wednesday.

Mark Randall is back with the Millers after having a full weeks training down at Arsenal with full contact and once he`d had that he was keen to come back up and we are keen to have him here and he`s been here training with the squad.

Jamie Green went over on his ankle when we were training at Sheffield Wednesday`s Dome and then aggravated it on Friday at Don Valley and was unable to travel to Torquay. We hope he`s back training for the next couple of days.

It was good news for both Grant Darley and Dale Tonge who both came through the recent Reserve game. Dale came through the ninety minutes without any problems what so ever.

Chris Arthur, who has just signed on a two month deal, needs to up his fitness a little and he obviously needs games.
