RUFC - Moore on the transfer window

RUFC - Moore on the transfer window

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore was asked by Radio Sheffield if, now the transfer window had opened again, would he think he will find it difficult to hold onto some of his players, mentioning Marcus Marshall and Adam Le Fondre.

'Yes, but I`ve got a Chairman who would love to get promoted,` Moore said, 'and you don`t do that by getting rid of your best players.

'So, no, I`m not really bothered about it unless the price is right, and everyone has a price, then we`ll just keep going.

'In fact, I might be adding instead of getting rid of. The Chairman has given me permission to do that, especially now with Coid going over on his ankle, because he might be out for a couple of weeks. But I thought Mullins was brilliant today with Fenton at the back. Fenton won every header and those two have had a great understanding and it`s just a shame that I had to change it. But, if Coid isn`t right then we might have to settle to bring in a right back and leave Mullins where he is.`
