RUFC - Mullins not worried about getting stick

Rotherham United defender Johnny Mullins says that it won`t bother him if he gets some flak from the Stockport fans at Edgeley Park on Tuesday night.

The twenty-five year old joined the Millers this summer from County, where he played sixty-seven league games for them and was voted the Player of the Season and he told Dom Howson of The Star, 'If a little bit of stick comes my way I can take it.

'I enjoyed my time at Stockport, especially the first season under Jim Gannon when we played some great football and some of the fans were disappointed that I didn`t stay but it was just one of those things that I had to do. I do still speak to some of the lads but it will be nice to go there and get a win. Saying that I don`t think they should be where they are in the table because they`ve got some quality players.

'They will be looking to impress but all we can do is worry about what we can control. If we play like we can then I don`t think there is anything to scare us in this league. If we can get the ball to the player who can cause havoc like Alfie (Adam Le Fondre) and Marcus Marshall and defend well then we are a match for anyone.`
