RUFC - Pope can go - if there's a replacement

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore said he is quite prepared to sell striker, Tom Pope - as long as he can get another striker in to replace him.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield, Moore said, 'If I can get another striker in, then I will probably let him go.

'Macclesfield, Burton and Port Vale have been in for him. He supports Vale so it would be fantastic for him if he went there.'

The Millers bought Pope from Crewe in 2009 and he has played fifty-two games in a Rotherham shirt scoring six goals, his last one coming in the four-one win over Barnet in September.

Ronnie Moore has been linked with both Shaun Harrad of Burton and his son, Tranmere's Ian Thomas Moore

Ian might be a good option as long as he doesn't get treated differently by his dad. It is never easy being a part of a team that is run by your ad and as such he would always have to prove his worth.
