'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Howard is the Best - Official!

Rotherham United fan and top referee, Howard Webb has been officially confirmed as the Best Referee in the World.

The thirty-nine year old Millers fan was the first person to ever referee the Champions League Final and the World Cup Final, has been a FIFA listed referee since 2005 and was awarded the MBE in this years New Year's honours.

The International Federation of Football History and Statistics rates referees based on their performances on the highest stage of World Football and ranks the former South Yorkshire Police sergeant number one, going above Uzbekistan's Ravshan Irmatov.

As Millers fans, I think we already knew he was the best anyway didn't we!

We sure did know he was the best Caz!! It's lovely to see him sitting watching the Millers at Don Valley!

And he always has time for the fans before, at half time and after the match too. He was fourth official somewhere yesterday so didn't make the game
