RUFC - Moore still hoping to bring Coid in

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore is still hopeful of bringing in defender Danny Coid from Blackpool.

The twenty-nine year old joined the Millers on a months loan in November last year, playing four games but then an injury forced him back to Bloomfield Road for treatment.

Thinking a deal had gone through last week to fetch Coid back for another month, Moore was disappointed when the deal fell through with Coid thinking he wasn't quite match fit.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield, Moore said, 'We`re waiting for Coidy to prove his fitness. We can only have him for a month so it`s no good us bringing him here if it`s going to take him a week to get ready.

'But, as soon as he`s ready and he feels confident in his own fitness levels, hopefully we can do something then.`
