'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - View from the Opposition - Accrington

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore said that last nights two-nil win over Accrington Stanley wasn`t the best performance he`d seen but was pleased to get the three points.

Stanley boss, John Coleman was disappointed with the result and told their Official Site, 'We just seem to be cursed at this place, I`ll be glad when they move from here (Don Valley). We`ve played here three times and scored none and they`ve scored three. I`ll be glad to see the back of the place if I`m honest.`

Speaking about the game Coleman said, 'We wasted chances and gifted them a goal so we`ve only ourselves to blame.`

Omar Daley got the Millers first goal while top striker, Adam Le Fondre got the second and Coleman said about Alfie, 'He hasn`t had a kick tonight. With the figures people are talking about him then Tony Gornell must be worth ten million.`

tbh Caz, I never noticed him until he scored. I asked at one stage, tongue in cheek, 'was he playing'? lol.

He was having to go back into midfield a lot last night - well for the last few games - because under Mr Moore we don't seem to have a midfield

Except Gornell didn't score John
