RUFC - Coid wants to come but ...

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore is still hopeful of re-capturing defender, Danny Coid from Blackpool but there might be a problem.

Speaking to MillersPlayer, Moore said, 'We`ve spoken to Blackpool and they would rather that Danny went out somewhere for three months rather than the month we can offer him.

'Danny is desperate to come back here and so we`ve left it in the hands of his agent to try and sort something out and hopefully we will hear more about that today.

'We are still talking to other clubs about right-backs because we`ve only got one and if something happens to Tongey (Dale Tonge) then we are in trouble. It would mean young Luke (Ashworth) coming in at centre-half and moving John Mullins to right-back so I`ll be trying to get a right back in.`

Good luck with that. Is it not feasable to get him in on three months then if he is going to imporove your squad?

I'm not sure how the loan system works, SFC, but we've already had him for a month but he went back to Blackpool when he got injured
