RUFC - Law 'Alfie got a huge part to play'

Rotherham United winger, Nicky Law thinks that Adam Le Fondre can help drive the Millers into League One after the striker got his twentieth goal of the season in Tuesday nights win at Don Valley, making it his fiftieth since joining Rotherham.

Speaking to The Star, Law said, 'Alfie has got a magnificent goal scoring record for us and it`s a massive achievement for him to get fifty goals.

'After the game on Tuesday he admitted it wasn`t his best game but he still popped up with the second goal. That`s Alfie. In some games you don`t notice him for eighty-five minutes and then he`ll score out of nothing.

'Keeping him in January was great for the club and he`s got a huge role to play in the run-in.`
