RUFC - Henderson the new Lee?

RUFC - Henderson the new Lee?

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore told MillersPlayer that he thinks Liam Henderson is going to be 'one hell of a player.`

Speaking about the striker who is on loan from Watford, Moore said, 'He`s a young kid who`s got an awful lot of potential. He came on and tucked in a bit on the right hand side for me on Saturday and did really well. It was a great ball in for Marshall`s goal and he`s had two or three efforts that`s just missed the post and he`s a work horse but he`s a baby and he`s got a lot to learn. He loves playing and he wants to play. He`s a workaholic and has scored bags and bags of goals in the reserves and he just needs to bring that into league football. I`m sure as soon as he gets a goal he`ll be off and running.

'He`s a little bit like Alan Lee for me. He`s strong, chases things, never stops working and he just needs to improve his heading and when he gets a goal and gets that little bit of confidence in him, there`s going to be one hell of a player there.

'I shall have a word with Watford and see what the situation is but I would certainly like to do a long term thing with him.`
