'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - View from the Opposition - Bradford

Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore was frustrated with the officials after the two-one loss at Valley Parade last night, to a goal that only one person in the ground thought had gone over the line.

But, for City Manager, Peter Jackson, who took charge for his home game last night, the result was delightful.

Speaking to Bradford`s Official Site after the game, which started with a minutes applause for Dean Richards who sadly passed away recently, Jackson said, 'To manage my first game back at Bradford was always going to be special, but for the players to play like they did today, and to snatch the winner right at the end, makes for a truly magical night.

'It was a big game for myself and the players because they know they have let a few people down this season and you could see by their reaction at the end of the game what it meant to them.

'Rotherham are an impressive side and have been in the top five all season but we competed against them all night and I thought we were good and created a lot of chances.`
