RUFC - Robertson snubs Millers for Scotland

Rotherham United have been snubbed - well, it won`t be the first time and we`re quite used to it by now!

This time it`s by former Blade, Jordan Robertson, who has recently been released from jail after seventeen months for causing death by dangerous driving.

The twenty-three year old has been training with the Millers and was invited to play in an arranged game on Wednesday at York so Millers Manager, Ronnie Moore could have a look at him. But Robertson declined the invitation.

'It`s daft,` Moore told The Yorkshire Post. 'No one in this country is going to take him on without looking at him. . It was only a matter of waiting another twenty-four hours. I`ve only seen him in training, and even I can look good in training.`

Robertson has gone to Scotland where he is set to join St Johnstone with Moore saying, 'It was a guaranteed contract up there so he`s really gone for the security.`
