RUFC - Former Millers duo move to Mariners

Former Rotherham United players, Paul Hurst and Rob Scott are the new managers of Grimsby Town.

Both resigned from their jobs at joint Managers of Conference North side, Boston United yesterday.

Hursty played for the Millers for ten years and in November 2007 he overtook Danny Williams` appearance record, when he came off the subs bench to make his four hundred and thirty sixth appearance for the club. In March last year he re-joined the Millers as their Community Sport Trust`s Participation Officer.

Scotty, known for his long-throws, joined the Millers from Fulham in 1998 and played more than one hundred and seventy games before he moved to Oldham Athletic in 2005.

The duo began working together in January 2009 at Ilkeston, moving to Boston in the May.
