RUFC - Physio report from Denis Circuit

RUFC - Physio report from Denis Circuit

Rotherham United Physio, Denis Circuit told MillersPlayer that he isn`t ruling out both centre-backs for this weekends game.

'Ryan Cresswell had been feeling some fatigue waist down on both legs after being out for so long. He got thrown in unexpectedly when Nick Fenton was injured and after the friendly at Chesterfield he complained of muscle fatigue. But, it turns out he had a slight strain on his right leg, which, at the time he thought was a little bit of stiffness. It`s in an area you have to be careful with and you can`t get away with it like you can in the thigh. Even though he wanted to carry on he had to rest it and we used electrotherapy and ultra sound on it and also involved was exercise in the pool. But, he`s working hard and we`re getting there now although, at the moment, we are taking it day by day and he`s not been ruled out for the weekend but he has to be right because it`s something you can`t take a chance with.

'Nick Fenton came off at Lincoln feeling his right hamstring and we found out it was something coming from his lower back which tightened his hip joint and then brought on a secondary thing in his hamstring. We`re hoping that we`ve got to the bottom of that now and we are more hopeful for him for the weekend.`
