'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Latest injury update

Rotherham United physio, Dennis Circuit talks about the spate of injuries that the Millers seem to have got at the moment.

Speaking to MillersPlayer, Dennis first spoke about Johnny Mullins. 'He dislocated his left patella in training last Tuesday and an MIR scan confirmed that. He went to see the consultant on Thursday and unfortunately, he does need surgery and he`s going to be approximately seven months before he can join in full training again. The only consolation is that part of that time will be close season. But, it`s not nice and, as well as he`s been playing, he`s one of the last players we wanted out. But, that`s football.

'Andy Warrington is coming on OK and he goes back to the hospital tomorrow regarding these stitches he had in his toe. We`ll get an X-Ray within the next ten day to see how the fracture is and take it from there.

'We`re hoping that Ian Thomas-Moore will be fit for the weekend but it`s a niggley injury which is really something or nothing. We`re going to do one or two more investigations and I`m hoping they are going to be positive. If it is then we can step his work up on Thursday but we can`t do that without knowing the results of one or two tests.`
