RUFC - Big Kev returns to Millers

Rotherham United have confirmed that Kevin Ellison has returned to the club today, after being on loan with Bradford City since February. Omar Daley, who came the other way went back to Bradford in April after only featuring eight times for the Millers and scoring one goal. Ellison has played seven games for the Bantams, scoring the only goal in a one-nil win against promotion hopefuls Wycombe.

Ellison hasn't featured for Bradford since mid-March after picking up a thigh injury during training and, after scans, it is unlikely he will be fit again before then end of the season.

Bradford Manager, Peter Taylor told their Official Site, 'There is not point keeping him here with his current injury situation so Kevin has gone back to Rotherham for treatment. He's been suffering with this thigh injury for the past nine games or so and it seemed best for all parties that he went back to Rotherham. He's a great senior pro and he's been a great lad to have around the dressing rooms. I've enjoyed working with him while he's been here and wish him all the best for the future.'
