RUFC - Knilly wants Alfie
Rotherham United former boss, Alan Knill has told Radio Sheffield that he would like to take striker, Adam Le Fondre to Scunthorpe, where he is now in charge.
'Rotherham may not want to sell him,` Knill said, 'and I won`t comment on any kind of bid because he`s not our player and that wouldn`t be fair. He`s a good player but the problem might be the fee. But we are interested.`
Scunthorpe dropped down into League One at the end of the season and Knilly will be looking to take them straight back up.
