Vital Rotherham Player of the Year 2010/11

Vital Rotherham United`s Player of the 2010/11 season is...

Andy Warrington

Over the season Vital Rotherham posters and guests have voted after each game - League, Cups and Trophy - and the Millers number one, Andy, got seven more votes that Marcus Marshall who was in second place.

Andy was voted Man of the Match for the games against Hereford (August); Barnet, Chesterfield and Bradford (September); Stevenage (October); Wycombe (January) and Barnet and Chesterfield (March).

Andy, who hasn`t played since the beginning of April due to a nasty toe injury, has played forty times this season. Ironically, it was announced recently, that Andy won`t be offered a new contract when his present one runs out next summer - which a few of us are puzzled and sorry about.

This will be the third time in four years that Andy has received the Vital Rotherham Player of the Year.

Well Done, Andy!
