RUFC - Chairman says Manager doesn't like rumours
Rotherham United' Chairman, Tony Stewart said he is getting 'whispers' about new signings.
Speaking at the 'Meet the Contractor' meeting at Magna yesterday, Mr Stewart told MillersPlayer, 'As you know we've got a new manager in Andy Scott who is very methodical and plays things close to his chest. He doesn't like rumours so when he's got players he's got them.
'But, I do know of two players who could be signing in the next couple of weeks. I can tell you now that Andy Scott is working really hard to give us what we want.
'The activity level is very good and he's keen to get in players who have got the spirit, got the drive and who want what we want.'
