RUFC - Millers snap up Pringle

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott has made his first signing today in Midfielder, Ben Pringle from Derby County.

Pringle, who has just turned twenty-two, joined the Rams from non-league Ilkeston Town in July 2009 and the first game he started for them was in the Carling Cup loss to the Millers in 2009.

After going on loan to Torquay for a month last season and playing five games he went back to Derby after nineteen days expressing a desire to fight for a place there. At the end of the season Ben was told he could leave Pride Park.

Ben has signed a two-year deal with the Millers.
