RUFC - Millers Manager on his squad
Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott is getting together a squad that he says will be more balanced than last season but also says no one is guaranteed an automatic spot.
Speaking to MillersPlayer Scott warned, 'No one is guaranteed a starting place and a lot depends on their fitness and what attitude they come back with and whether they take on board everything we are looking to do.
'It's going to be a completely different set up and how we run things and if they grasp that with both hands then they are giving themselves every chance of being in the starting eleven.
'We are going to have a squad that is a lot more balanced and a lot more competitive than last year and everyone has got to be on their game to be able to play in the first eleven. The ones who aren't playing have got to be ready to come in and take the opportunity when needed.'
