'If It's Football, It's Vital'

RUFC - Millers off on a break? Don't think so!

The Rotherham United squad are off to Portugal for a pre-season 'bonding` holiday, although I don`t think it`s going to be much of a holiday with Manager, Andy Scott saying, 'it`s going to be tough.`

Speaking to MillersPlayer before they left, Scott said, 'It`s going to be hot.

'The more physical sessions will be in the morning when it`s cooler. We`re up at seven and the sessions will be soon after that.

'We`ve got weights programmes and a really good air conditioned gym to work in during the afternoon. Then there will be plenty of rest and we`ll be working again in the evening, which will be more technical and tactical stuff.

'It`s a good chance to get the lads together and we`ve got some bonding exercises which we are going to be doing. It`s a good opportunity to get away for a few days because it`s been a hard slog since we came back and a change of scenery will help.'

Good luck with this lads!

Think I'd rather stop at home!

They'd have been better at Ragdale Hall, healthy food there too, and not much booze or skimpy clad girls, lol!! Who's treating them to that then?
