RUFC - Cress to keep armband

Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott confirmed that Ryan Cresswell will continue to be the captain of the side.

Speaking to MillersPlayer, Scott said, 'We've been on at him about leading the team more and he has become more vocal. We have got a natural vocal player in Jason Taylor but Cress has taken all the information on board and realised that it works and does help him by talking better in organising his back four and Conrad (Logan) talks ever so well behind him.'

Cress joined his home team last summer and under Ronnie Moore was given the armband straight away and Scott says, 'There's no reason, at the moment, to look at other options and everyone is comfortable with him being skipper.'
