Rotherham United defender, Nick Fenton has been snapped up by Morecambe.

Fenners, who was released at the end of the season, joined the Millers from Grimsby Town on a free transfer in August 2008.

Starting his career with Manchester City he moved to Notts County, after being on loan at Meadow Lane, in 2000 where he made over one hundred and fifty appearances. After four seasons he moved to Doncaster Rovers and then onto Grimsby before coming to the Millers.

He played over one hundred and ten games for Rotherham, scoring six goals, in all competitions.

Vital Rotherham wish Nick all the best for his future.
