RUFC - Alfie - Will he stay or will he go?

Rotherham United fans are being divided at the moment regarding striker, Adam Le Fondre. Will he go - will he stay. Do you want him to stay - do you want him to go?

With the new season getting nearer every hour bids have, apparently, been flying in from teams for the striker who has scored more than fifty goals since joining the Millers two years ago. Chairman, Tony Stewart has said that only the right offer will be accepted while Manager, Andy Scott has said that he expects Alfie to still be here at the start of the season - it`s enough to make a footy fans head swirl.

• The facts are that Alfie has a year left on his contract.
• He has made no secret of his desire to play higher league football.
• Whatever money we get, Rochdale, where he came from to the Millers, get a percentage
• If he stays until the end of the season, therefore becoming a free agent, the club get nothing

Of course, if we get money for Alf, it will be a nice amount to go and spend on another player.
On the other hand Alf could stay, score us the goals that get us promoted and go for nothing, but will have done 'his bit` and maybe become a Millers legend.

It`s a bit swings and round-a-bouts/ daddy and chips isn`t it?

What do you think?
